Residential Wall Ties are for the 1-1/8″ Plywood or “Resi Ply” forming system and designed for easy break-off to speed up stripping. It is compatible with Advance Form and Duraform Form. Resi Ties and 1-1/8″ systems are commonly used in residential construction concrete foundations. Bent Residential Wall Tie and Straight Residential Wall Tie are available with size 10" to 60".
Snap Tie System
Snap Ties are manufactured with integral heads, and Metal or Plastic Form Spreaders. Snap Ties are designed to easily tie lumber forming systems. Snap Ties have a nominal 1" breakback. Each Tie incorporates an anti-turn device in order to properly break after use.Long End, Short End, and Odd End Snap Ties are used with wedge and janh clamp for plywood forming.
